Training is an activity planned by the companies / institutions to facilitate the learning process of employees to achieve competence in the job (Noe, 2002). The purpose of training is that employees can master the knowl ¬ knowledge, skills and behaviors that are drilled in the training program so that it can be applied in their daily activities ¬ day / current needs.



Development programs typically include elements of the planned lessons, experiences and often supported by coaching and counseling facilities (Armstrong 1992). According to Noe (2002), development, referring to formal education, work experience, interpersonal relationships and appraisal (assessment) of the personality and abilities that can help employees prepare themselves for the future.
